Bird Conservation: Making Science and Bird Education Count

Perky-Pet® has created another visual guide for bird lovers, “Bird Conservation Through Education.” This guide explains how you can help fuel a young person’s interest in science, which ultimately helps the birds that you love.

In an effort to help parents, grandparents and educators steer children down a pro-science path, we looked at a variety of sources to assemble this guide. With it, you can help them understand the importance of birds and the ecosystem. The bird education resources used include reports from The Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Parenting Science, EduPlace and others.
